Gerry Campbell, CEO, who was previously
President of search & content technologies for Reuters, SVP of
Search for AOL LLC, and
led commerce strategy for AltaVista Company. Most recently, he has been an
angel investor and advisor to notable early-stage companies, including Summize

Jack Moffitt, CTO, is an Open Source technology
leader. He has created and assisted in several key efforts and now sits
on the XSF Board & Council (XMPP) as well as the Xiph.org Foundation
(OGG). He is an active blogger at Metajack.im. A featured panelist at tech
conferences worldwide, Jack is also the interim CEO/CTO of Chesspark.com, an
online game community built on the same XMPP platform that supports the
Collecta Search Service. Jack was CTO of Green Witch Internet Radio,
which was acquired by CMGI in 2000.
Patrick Mahoney, COO, is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor.
He was co-founder and President at Chesspark.com and Greenwitch.com and sits
on the board of the Xiph.org Foundation.
Derek Powazek, Creative Director, was named one
of the top 40 “Industry Influencers” of 2007 by Folio Magazine. Derek is
the former Creative Director of both Blogger and Technorati, and also
founded JPG Magazine and Fray.com.
He has worked the Web since 1995 at pioneering well-known sites, and is
the author of “Design for Community: The Art of Connecting Real People
in Virtual Places” (New Riders, 2001).
Brian Zisk, Adviser, is a Social Networking
pioneer. He has been involved in creating numerous ventures and
non-profits, including The SanFran MusicTech Summit, The Future of Music
Coalition, Chesspark.com,
the Xiph Foundation, SanFranZiskGo!, the Green Witch Internet Radio, and
more. He also serves as a key adviser to various other projects,
including the MetaBrainz Foundation, Gotuit Media, ClickFacts, Inc,
Anti-Bride Productions, and several music/technology startups. Brian

Christopher “Tofu” Zorn, Senior Developer, one
half of the Twin Powered “Zornado” has been using real-time message
systems for work and play since 2000. This work ranges from various
projects for the Medical University
of South Carolina to building and maintaining Chesspark. XMPP is his
protocol of choice and its use in his work has allowed for contribution
back to the XMPP community. The contributions towards a variety of
clients and servers, ranging from small bug fixes, to many open source
projects like the BOSH connection manager Punjab, MUC component Palaver and the XMPP
library Strophe.
Nathan Zorn, Code Surfer, the other half of the
Twin Powered “Zornado” helped develop and maintain the XMPP back-end for
Chesspark as well as building the
social networking features. Before that Nathan worked for the award
winning visual effects company Digital
Domain where he was the lead developer on distributed process and disk
space management softwares. In addition he has built several open source
projects including Speeqe.
Dandee Fleming, Community Manager and Support,
is a musician, entrepreneur and
artful thinker with a passion for helping people and building
communities. His experience includes being a Team Lead for the ProLaw
product at Thomson Elite and providing QA, Support and Community
Management for Chesspark.
Ben Roberts, QA and Project Manager, was
formerly QA for Chesspark. Ben also worked for Thomson Elite software on
their ProLaw legal case management application in roles including client
support, SQL database conversion and Quality Assurance. When Ben isn't
breaking software he spends much of his time on photography.
Matthew Gregg, Systems Administrator, worked as
an Instructor at MUSC while developing custom tools and web applications
and providing research and development services on IT related
technologies to the MUSC community. Matthew is also a frequent
contributor to the Opensource community including phpESP and laconica.
Daniel Miller, UI Developer, is an artist,
writer, musician and technologist focused on user experience design and
development. His experience includes enterprise middleware consulting,
professional writing, web development, and non-profit management. You

Mike Green, VP Content and Syndication, was most recently the VP of
Business Development and the GM of a family-focused ad network at Kaboose which
was acquired by the Walt Disney Company in June '09. Prior to that, Mike was the
Director of Business Development for AOL Search and AOL Platforms and Technology.
He holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
